The previous site was coming up on it’s 20th anniversary and as a new employee working on the garden floor of the nursery I saw an opportunity to put my design skills to use. Here is an overview of some of the benefits this update provided the company.
Cohesive information about services offered and planting process
Searchable plant database with plant names, features, and categories
Updated photography across the site
Signage for the Gardening and Chemical Area
Previously, products were lacking categorization and any type of signage. I worked with the team to reorganize the entire layout, batch like-items, create price labels, and provide proper signage that also allowed overstock to be hidden behind.
